Wireframes for Best Buy - Metrics that Matter family of analytics dashboards.
Six metric areas - Customer, Employee, Investor, Communities, and Vendors - were defined by stakeholders as vital to Best Buy’s public and internal relationships. Each view focuses on a specific area displaying applicable KPIs as well as their respective differentials from a target value and their four year trend. These views also offer filters and slicers to dig further into the data.
The Executive View is a higher level overview of each metric area - showing how many metrics in each area are on and off target.
The Sitemap and Wireframe Flow are supplemental views showing hierarchical and logical relationships between the views.
This design was extremely well-received by Best Buy and ultimately was adopted as their primary brand for internal metrics.
